This may happen (it surely does) in the Phillipinnes or Brazil, but not everywhere. Not in my land for sure; there are lots of “lesbian” MtF couples around here, sharing true love and companionship aside from sex.
All ‘lesbian’ MtFs are actually Autogynephilic heterosexual males. They are not Sexual Inverts at all, indeed they are unrelated. Male Sexual Inverts are only ever attracted to masculine men. You apparently do not understand the taxonomy, although I have plenty of articles describing it here.
What is the female equivalent of an autogynephile?
Autogynephilia has no direct equivalent in females per se, and they do not suffer from AGP itself, at least not in statistically significant numbers. That is partly because AGP is one of a set of paraphilias which are relatively common in men and not in women. In this case, the reason appears to be that the normals male sexual targeting system is utilised, but instead of being directed out of the self, it is reflected back onto the self. That is the ETLE. Now obviously females have a sexual targeting system too but it is not really like the male one, which is heavily visual and much more about sexual conquest. Further, ‘in order to be Autogynephilic you have to be gynephilic’ (Blanchard) which would restrict the pool, in females, to lesbians. There’s no evidence that lesbians experience this at all.
In recent years another phenomenon has been described, unique to females, which is called Autohomoeroticism (Blanchard). In this the subject fantasises about being a submissive ‘gay man’ to a homosexual male partner, in which the woman essentially plays the part of a catamite, or, less commonly, of being a ‘dominant top’ in a relationship with a submissive gay man. But this is much more a social phenomenon and appears to be the result of the ‘feminist Project Fear’ which has for years been demonising masculinity and making women fear masculine men. Women are encouraged to seek out increasingly emasculated versions of men until they arrive at the submissive fem gay, and to be aggressive and dominant towards them. On the way they are chastised and even ostracised for partnering masculine, dominant men, which reinforces this. In some cases these individuals even have GRS and a Frankendick installed, and then attempt to coerce said gay men into allowing themselves to be penetrated by it. This has caused absolute outrage in the gay community; google ‘homosexual, not homogenderual’. (I was formerly unsympathetic but today, I support these gay men in their rejection of Autohomoerotic pseudo-men.)
Autoandrophilia, which has often been mistakenly promoted as the ‘female AGP’ does exist, but it is experienced by feminine, ie Sexually Inverted, homosexual males. This is the foundation of the hypermasculine New Gay Man cult. In this, the subject, who is male and so has the regular male systems, is Sexually Inverted, so is in sexual and romantic terms a woman, fantasises about himself as his ideal sexual target, a masculine male. That becomes his ETLE and just as teh AGP does, he tries to bring himself into line with it. So he will suppress his natural femininity, take testosterone supplements, hit the gym, behave in ways he thinks are masculine and so on. It is also the cause of the NGM’s notorious promiscuity and narcissism, because no real male can ever measure up to his ideal — himself. Again, this is a common issue amongst AGPs who may have difficulty relating to women because they can never compete with themselves.
